Milano Courier Services
Challenge: Milano Courier Services opened at the height of the pandemic and knew that they needed outside support to grow their business. Unfortunately, the company they hired to help design their website and get their name recognized through various outlets did not produce the results they wanted.
Result: We Make Differences hit the ground running by creating marketing campaigns, videos and post for all their social media pages to help get increased traffic, followers and subsequent leads. After showing success with social media, Milano Courier added on sales consulting and the We Make team is now prospecting for new clients.
Challenge: Liza, owner of HealWithin was looking to take her hypnotherapy and coaching practice to the next level of growth. She knew that wearing all these hats was hurting her growth initiatives so she reached out to We Make Differences.
Result: We Make Differences started by creating various content to share across social media. In addition, we prospected and cold called corporate clients to create buzz for potential retreat bookings. We Make Differences also created a vertical market and connected with PTA/PTO of all the local towns to see about getting bookings.
LDI Color ToolBox
Challenge: LDI Color ToolBox wanted to grow sales in the Boston market due to a joint venture with the Mohegan tribe for minority/diversity business opportunities. They realized that it would be a major investment to hire an internal sales team and needed another alternative.
Result: We Make Differences became the outside sales management team for LDI in MA. We shifted to a a retail sales focus and one of the largest wins was securing over 35 locations for UNO’s Restaurant.
Legal Sea Foods
Challenge: Legal Sea Foods was overpaying for their copier/printer contracts and had expired contracts that needed to be resolved. They knew they were overpaying and needed someone to be the liaison with all the creditors, leasing companies and service providers.
Result: We Make Differences served in various rolls during this relationship from IT to sales consulting. We ended up not only saving them over 30% monthly in their invoices, but were able to close out countless opened and dead invoices.
Frost and Float
Challenge: Frost and Float was a new company when we were referred to them. Being a family owned small business, they started growing organically through their own promotions and ideas. They were also open to enteratain private events to venture into new territory with additional growth opportuities.
Result: We were able to bring on countless clients for them organically with our unique homegrown style. We Make Differences created private party promotions and was able to hold a few highly successful private parties at their location which resulted in additional growth.
