Suzy Marsoubian
Founder & CEO
Our unique team is led by Suzy Marsoubian, an expert in the sales and strategy of copiers, printers, digital printing systems, and managed print and IT services. Suzy has nearly 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing, and business development of printers, copiers, multi-functional printers, and managed print and IT services.
Suzy has a natural, unconventional approach which she leverages to create customized plans to manage and resolve complex client roadblocks with proven results. She has earned the trust of countless clients by helping them exceed revenue growth expectations year over year. Suzy has made a name for herself as a well-respected sales executive who loves connecting with people on a personal level, whether with her sharp sense of humor, empathy, or personal anecdotes.
Suzy decided she could make the most significant difference working directly with companies facing these obstacles as their document solutions expert. She finally fired corporate America in late 2018 to start We Make Differences and bring her dream to life. Today, Suzy is particularly passionate about supporting women-run and minority-owned businesses and driving their success with out-of-the-box solutions.
Kristin Vita
President, Sales Strategy, Marketing & People Office
Kristin is the mastermind behind all WMD sales strategy, marketing initiatives and our people office. She develops go-to-market strategies while managing the sales team’s compensation plans and incentive programs.
Kristin brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to our team and our clients. She has been a trusted advisor of strategic partnerships, sales leadership, and sales strategy. Kristin fosters an environment of professional leadership, guidance, and support, providing training and professional development to strengthen our salesforce. She is full of heart and passionate about building relationships. Her ultimate goal is to make differences for countless clients.
Elizabeth Novis
Enterprise Account Executive
Liz is our clients’ main point of contact for new solutions, maintenance, and satisfaction. In other words, she ensures every WMD experience and interaction is positive and fulfilling. Liz provides each client with undivided attention on their business’s needs and goals by presenting them with our numerous printing and IT solutions.
Over the years, Liz has had hands-on experience in a range of fields, from sales and marketing to accounting. She enjoys being challenged and looks for ways to expand her knowledge daily. We love her entrepreneurial mind and ability to understand all that comes with running a business—and so do her clients.
Liz thrives working in autonomous environments and being able to see a project from start to finish. She is most passionate about developing strong relationships with her clients, all of whom trust her to support and guide their businesses with creative and efficient strategies.
